"Awful experience with this company!"
What a nightmare dealing with this company!! I ordered a CP Company jacket and opted for faster shipping. After waiting 8 days with no reply, I shot them an email. I told them I’d be sending the item back for a full refund, which I did. Today, I got a gift card instead. Tried calling their number, but it’s not even working. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank, so I’ll get my cash back, but seriously, steer clear of this shady company.

Absolutely awful service experience. I placed an order for two Stone Island hoodies as Christmas gifts. The order number is BCLO66434. After four days, it got canceled with no explanation whatsoever. When I reached out for clarification, customer support accused me of being a scammer. Now, I'm stuck without a Christmas gift and my money's gone from my card. Stay far away from this online shop! Their behavior is just the worst, and I can't recommend them at all!

"Got a cp company jacket and a Dsquared top..."
I received a cp company jacket along with a Dsquared top. The top was fantastic, but the jacket was a bit small for me, so I sent it back. I reached out to Bionclo since I needed the jacket for the weekend, and they kindly offered to send me a new one in the right size with special delivery. I ended up getting it sooner than expected! I'd definitely recommend them to everyone. Their customer service has been top-notch, and I’ll be returning for sure.

"I've bought 2 pairs of shoes and..."
I've bought 2 pairs of shoes and both of the boxes arrived in bad shape. The first was a set of Valentino runners, and the box was torn. The second pair was from Lanvin, and once again, the box was messed up. It seemed like there were labels on it that someone just yanked off. Not exactly the best impression when you get packages looking like this.

"The Kindest Folks Around"
The kindest folks around. I needed to cancel my order, and they were super understanding. They even had to cover a fee on their side for the cancellation, which I didn’t know about, so it’s clear they really care about their customers. Big thanks to Leanne for being so helpful on the phone and for calling me back to confirm that the cancellation went through. I’ll definitely be shopping here again; the deals on high-end items are better than anywhere else I’ve checked out. Honestly, it’s excellent. :)

"Shirt I ordered last month didn't show up..."
I ordered a shirt last month that didn’t make it, but it wasn’t Boinclo’s fault; it was DPD. Luckily, they’ve stopped using that shipping method, and my replacement order showed up today.

I made a bunch of calls to Lorraine, who was super helpful and understanding, which really eased my stress. It’s definitely quicker and easier to call than to email, but I get that they’re a small business.

I can’t usually splurge on pricey gear like Stone Island, but if I ever get another tax refund, I know where I’ll be shopping!
